- Born and raised in Montreal....and yes, that is his real name.
- Before getting into radio, sold shoes (and the occasional matching purse) at Les Terrasses and Complexe Desjardins.
- Landed his first on-air position in 1985, working the all-night show in Kirkland Lake, Ontario (only a 10-hour drive north of Toronto).
- Worked at CHOM for 8 years (that's a lot of Zeppelin), including 5 years hosting the Electric Lunch Hour.
- Enjoyed working on TV for Global's 'This Morning Live' as sports anchor, entertainment correspondent, and roving reporter.
- Spent 8 years with Mix 96, three of them co-hosting the morning show. (As a result, Ken can no longer hear 'Mambo No. 5' without starting to twitch).
- Never worked harder in his career than in the year anchoring the news on 940's 'Montreal This Morning with Ken Connors'.
- Has always considered being on-air a privilege, rather than a job.
